Welcome to Bremesnil’s FAQ page! Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about my wedding day services, the film editing process and terms of use. I’m here to provide clarity and support as you plan your special day. Dive into this page to find out more about how I can capture and immortalize your wedding memories.
Depending on the formula, I stay 10 or 12 hours per wedding. I usually arrive 2 hours before the ceremony and leave around midnight after dessert and dancing. But every wedding is different, and I can adapt to your schedule.
For the security of the video recording and for editing purposes, I set up a second camera on a tripod to film the whole ceremony in a fixed shot. If you wish, you can receive these images as a separate file from the film.
I have no travel limits. It’s mainly the travel costs that will vary depending on the length of the journey from l’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (Vaucluse). See question “Do you charge travel expenses?”
I can take aerial shots with a drone if the wedding venue is outside a built-up area and the weather is fine. The drone is class C0 or C1 and requires no prior declaration or authorization. I fly in the open category, sub-category A1.
Most of the time, I work alone to produce your wedding film. But if your wedding has more than 200 guests, or if you have special requirements for the shots, I’ll work with an additional cameraman.
If you wish, you can retrieve all the video files filmed during the day. The transfer will take place via the Internet with a service like Dropbox (several hundred GB). An option is available if you wish to recover them on a new hard disk. Source files are kept for 3 years, and films for up to 5 years.
I’ll send you the film by e-mail with a private link to view it. You can then give feedback if you wish. Once you’ve validated it, I’ll send you the file in 4K quality so you can watch it on your smartphone, computer or TV.
As indicated in the T&C, I reserve the right to broadcast the teaser, excerpts from the film and photos on my social networks and website in order to promote my services to potential clients. If you do not wish images to be broadcast, you must let me know as soon as we start talking so that this can be mentioned in the quote.
To reserve a date, you need to contact me first so that we can discuss the details of your wedding and your wishes regarding the film. Then I’ll formalize the quote. If you agree, all you have to do is sign the quote (with a service like Yousign) and pay the 50% deposit to block the date in my diary.
Travel costs are free in the Vaucluse, Gard, Var, Drôme and Bouches-du-Rhône departments. Beyond these areas, travel expenses will be billed on an actual basis. When the wedding is more than 2 hours’ drive from L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the customer undertakes to provide accommodation on the evening of the wedding. If the venue is more than 4 hours’ drive from L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the Customer also agrees to provide accommodation the evening before the event. For further information, please refer to article 2 of the GTC.

You have a right of withdrawal of 15 days from the date of signing the quote. The cancellation conditions are described in my general sales conditions.
